NLS is NSW's number-one provider of Gymnastics Coaches/Instructors for schools, clubs, OSHC and Councils.We have positions all over Sydney including but our focus for this particular term is in the Penrith area..We are looking for Gymnastics Coaches/Instructors to come and join us in delivering amazing gymnastics programs across a number of primary education centres.All of our coaches must have (or be willing to apply for) a current Working with Children check. We are looking for someone with a good level of experience and willing to give children a thorough experience through Gymnastics.We have positions available across Sydney for various Gymnastics coaching roles for primary aged children. North Shore, Inner West, Sutherland, Eastern Suburbs & Western Sydney is where we have programs available.Qualifications & Experience
- Sports coaching/playing experience
- PAID Working with Children (WWC) Check
- Child Protection Training (Preferred)
- First Aid + CPR Training (Preferred)
- Coaching
- Attend and conduct all training sessions
- Attend and facilitate all competition games (if required)
- Being Reliable and Organised
- Knowledge of standard coaching practices
- Independently handle multiple sporting priorities
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships & communicate clearly & effectively with students, staff, administrators, and at times parents/guardians
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy, and to maintain confidentiality of information as needed or to protect the rights of individual students
- Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse community
