Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and brand presence
Ensure the store maintains high presentation standards, offering a premium shopping experience
Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and rostering
Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalised service tailored to their needs
Assist in staff training and development to ensure the team consistently performs at its best
Work closely with the wider business to support brand campaigns and in-store events
What We are Looking For:
Experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role within retail, ideally in jewellery or a consultative sales environment
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
Results-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs and sales goals
Knowledge of store operations, including inventory control and budgeting
A passion for jewellery and delivering exceptional customer experiences
