Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and brand presence
  • Ensure the store maintains high presentation standards, offering a premium shopping experience
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and rostering
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalised service tailored to their needs
  • Assist in staff training and development to ensure the team consistently performs at its best
  • Work closely with the wider business to support brand campaigns and in-store events
What We are Looking For:
  • Experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role within retail, ideally in jewellery or a consultative sales environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs and sales goals
  • Knowledge of store operations, including inventory control and budgeting
  • A passion for jewellery and delivering exceptional customer experiences
