You will also be responsible to ensuring that contracts and documentation contain the necessary EH&S inclusions. As this is a leadership role you will also lead and mentor the commercial and administration project team through to handover.To be successful, you will need:A construction management, building, engineering, or quantity surveying degree or equivalent coupled with 10+ years industry experience in the construction industry, ideally on projects above $100 million.Expertise in contract management, construction law and quantity surveying, along with program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.Experience managing and developing teams of junior staff, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing groups of high-level stakeholders, both internal and external.To be successful, you will need:A construction management, building, engineering, or quantity surveying degree or equivalent coupled with 15+ years industry experience in the construction industry, ideally on projects above $200 million.
