Step into a key leadership role managing a $1M portfolio and a team of 4. Work closely with supportive Directors who are committed to your growth, while developing your leadership skills, reviewing complex work, and building strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.Duties

Manage client relationships and lead meetings
Review complex tax and business advisory work
Mentor and support Intermediate and Junior staff
Liaise with offshore support for prep and bookkeeping
Analyse complex financial data to deliver practical client solutions

Skills & Experience

CA or CPA qualified
Public practice experience with client management
Confident reviewing complex work
Skilled in tax compliance and business advisory
Values humility, leadership and continuous growth
