This role demands a substantial portion of the work to be conducted during night shifts.

Their focus on employee development and adherence to OHS standards makes them an employer of choice in the industry.ABOUT THE POSITION.We are seeking a competent Project Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing projects, particularly in the road maintenance sector. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, as the majority of the work will be conducted at night. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning site activities, managing personnel including subcontractors and traffic control teams, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.DUTIES.

Oversee project operations, predominantly during night shifts
Plan site activities and manage personnel, including subcontractors and traffic control
Client management
Complete site diaries, shift reports, and various administrative documents
Work programming and ensuring project is on schedule
Organise subcontractors and site teams efficiently
Strong understanding in roadworks, including stormwater, pits, and kerb & gutter
Implement and adhere to OHS regulations and company procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Previous experience with road maintenance projects
Strong understanding of RMS/Transport specifications
Able to work night shift majority of the time
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Ability to display strong leadership skills
