• Manage Complex Insurance and Liability Matters: Oversee a varied caseload encompassing public liability, product liability, professional indemnity, property damage, statutory claims (CTP and workers compensation), recoveries, and contractual disputes.
• Assist Senior Leaders: Execute legal tasks under appropriate supervision, ensuring work aligns with firm standards and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal Experts: Engage with colleagues and specialists to validate legal positions and inform strategic decision-making.

• Solicitor with 1-2 years PAE in Public Liability or general Insurance matters
• Australian Legal Qualification & Admission
• Must have full working rights in Australia
