We share what we know and we challenge what’s possible.From manufacturing and engineering to cybersecurity and space, we’re driving progress in some of the world’s most important industries – and working together to build a future we can all trust.About the RoleThe Channel Account Executive is responsible for delivering a strong channel strategy across CSP in ANZ, encompassing Distributors, Value Added Resellers and Managed Service Providers for Data Security.This is a targeted role, which ensures that business initiatives are tailored to optimizing the Partner Program. The role is a key contributor to channel communications and interfaces with channel partners and their senior management across ANZ.This role will have a strong focus on working with Government and Indigenous partners, experience in these areas will be highly regarded.Some key responsibilities of the role are to:Develop and manage a robust and creative channel strategy for ANZDevelop and drive engagement through successful relationships with key channel partners at senior management levelLead the development of territory channel plans together with local sales teams, with concrete action plans and regular cadence of reviewsDrive Channel best practice and facilitate its deployment across ANZ, remaining sensitive to local specificsPlan and develop channel go-to-market strategies and execute on marketing initiatives to deliver on the strategyPlay a leading role in the design optimization and implementation of the Partner Program across ANZEnable the partner community to sell Thales solutions from the entire CSP portfolio, with a focus on incremental business and service deliveryEvaluate and recommend channel metrics to measure performance, including revenue and pipeline growth, incremental business, product mix, certified resourcesPresent ANZ Sales Channel performance and business results through regular communication, forecasts, agendas, and reportsAbout YouAlong with experience in consulting and sales, you will demonstrate:Sound understanding of the Channel ecosystem in ANZ, particularly in Federal government and Indigenous partners.Experience developing and presenting channel strategiesProven strong cross functional partnership to drive outcomes within the internal organisationsStrong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined planStrong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively articulate purpose and value propositionTrack record of delivering sales results in a fast-paced environmentExperience in security, networking or infrastructureExceptional customer focusHigh level of integrity, good judgment, and independent decision makingBenefitsCompetitive remuneration packageThalesFlex – Hybrid work environmentFitness Passport Discount – Access to a network of gymsEmployee discounts with a number of affiliates (Travel, Car hire, Tech, Medical Insurance)Modernised Paid Parental LeaveVeterans LeaveNovated Lease optionsFamily support through our partnership with Parents at WorkPersonal and professional training development opportunitiesSonder – Wellbeing & Support Partner#LI-PG1It’s easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don’t see yourself as the perfect fit.
