As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key player in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of bedroom furniture and mattress products, and providing tailored recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise and product knowledge in a supportive, team-focused environment.What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Use your sales expertise to guide customers through a premium range of bedroom furniture and mattress products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of technical product features to confidently advise customers on furniture and mattress solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning monthly commissions and an annual bonus.
- Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Assist in general store operations, including merchandising and stock management.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in bedroom furniture, mattresses, or other premium retail products.
- A mature, professional approach with a passion for consultative selling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work a roster of 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off.
- Competitive salary package of $70K - $80K + Super, dependent on experience.
