We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be based at their Belmont Forum store whilst overseeing the operations and driving the highest standards of customer service, merchandising, and profitability.Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise shrinkage
Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
Conduct regular floor walks to provide support, coaching, and feedback to store teams
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development
Clothing allowance of $1500 per year to keep your wardrobe fresh and on-trend
Tuesday to Saturday roster for a healthy work-life balance
