Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement exercise programs aimed at preventing and managing chronic diseases and injuries, and restoring optimal physical function, health, and wellness for clients.Core duties will include but will not be limited to:Screen and risk-stratify clients for safe and appropriate exercise interventionsAssess movement capacity across all ages and health levelsRun established group classes (falls prevention, cardiac, pulmonary health)Design safe, individualised exercise programsProvide health education, advice, and supportDeliver interventions for those at risk of chronic conditions or injuryManage communication with internal and external stakeholdersThis role includes outreach travel with occasional overnight stays to surrounding communities.
