We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with a knack for scheduling. Join a friendly and supportive team in Geebung, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers.About the Role
As a Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for allocating service jobs to technicians and subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll ensure customers receive clear communication about job scheduling and updates, while managing related administration tasks accurately and on time.What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule and allocate service jobs promptly to technicians and subcontractors
Communicate with customers regarding ETAs and any changes
Enter and update job details in internal systems (Salesforce and SAP)
Manage preventative maintenance schedules and service order pipeline
Support the team with administrative tasks and compliance processes

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
