We’re seeking a detail-oriented HR Project Assistant to support a payroll-related project within our People & Culture team. This 6-month contingent role is ideal for someone with a background in HR administration, project coordination, or data analysis, who thrives in a structured, task-based project environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organise employee documentation across systems and folders in line with project milestones.
  • Maintain and update project documentation such as risk, issue, action and decision registers and general presentation materials.
  • Assist in managing SharePoint document control sites for internal and external use.
  • Provide project administrative support to the Project Lead and other senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project team members and BAU teams to ensure project tasks are on track to enable smooth project execution.
  • Attend regular project meetings and contribute to team collaboration and communication.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferable.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management and/or payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
