- Provide full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client group(s), developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs
- Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need
- Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics
- Coach clients on how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent
- Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools
- Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring manager
- Screen candidates and present a diverse, qualified slate to hiring manager
- Participate in debrief meetings and provide candidate insights to aid in selection
- Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives
- Understand candidate motivators and customize messaging to increase likelihood of offer acceptance
- Provide offer recommendation to hiring manager and HRBP based on candidate and market expectations
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines gained in large corporation, or agencies or RPO
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
