- Monitoring, receiving, and storing all food, beverage, and other supplies for the hotel
- Checking deliveries for accuracy against purchase orders
- Entering received items into our inventory software system, Future Log
- Physically delivering items to hotel outlets and storage areas
- Assisting with monitoring beverage and selected food stock levels
- Ensuring all store areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Assisting the finance team, in processing invoices and completing statement reconciliation.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but a willingness to learn is just as important
- Ability to carry out hands-on tasks requiring a high level of physical fitness, as this role involves a high volume of deliveries each day
- A proactive attitude with initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Physical fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day, with frequent bending and kneeling. You may also be required to lift, push, and pull items such as crates weighing up to 50lbs (23 kg) – equipment is provided to support you
- Basic computer skills and high attention to detail for processing documentation in the Future Log procurement system
- You must meet the legal requirements to live and work in Australia
- Monday - Friday role
