- The ability to make decisions within set parameters, and the confidence to deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations
- A background in and an understanding of business development, account management or general sales
- A technical aptitude- you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded
- A competitive nature - the desire to succeed for your customer, yourself and Epiroc
- It would be advantageous if you have the ability to read and speak Mandarin
