Automation Test Technical Lead

• Lead by example by creating, executing, and reporting on high-quality test automation artefacts such as automated test cases, complex test data etc. and ensuring adherence to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training for members of the test automation team.
• Identify, create and maintain documentation to support test automation delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test automation team.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the test automation team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data, and tools (etc.) to the test automation team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
