Each customer will vary! You will engage with numerous customers on a daily basis, thoroughly understanding each customer’s unique situation and finding positive solutions for everyone.This is a credit collections role with a combination of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Please note these are highly complex calls and not a is not a high volume role.What’s in it for you?

We are seeking someone who is naturally curious, customer service driven, and possesses resilience and empathy. Prior experience in a contact centre or collections-based role is essential!About you:

Experience working within a contact centre
Collections experience is highly desireable
Intermediate Excel experience
Ability to use multiple systems and screens
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
A positive and resilient attitude
