Join our team at Asahi Beverages in Welshpool, WA as a Machine Operator and play a key role in delivering the high-quality products our consumers love. Working with our beverage manufacturing equipment, you'll operate and maintain machinery, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards every shift.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, including size and flavour changes.Monitor product quality, completing testing, calibration and reporting to ensure compliance.Conduct daily cleaning, inspections and corrective maintenance to maintain efficiency.Support preventative maintenance and shutdowns to rebuild equipment to standard.Coach and guide team members, contributing to a culture of performance and improvement.Champion safety, quality and asset care in every aspect of work.About YouProven experience operating and maintaining production line equipment, ideally in FMCG.Trade Certificate in electrical, electronic, mechanical or relevant discipline.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.Confident communicator with the ability to coach and collaborate in a team.Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Manufacturing exposure highly regarded.Comfortable with computer systems for reporting and process management.Why Asahi Beverages?
