- Accountable for developing, leading and executing training programs to drive sales capability growth across all channels and brands in Australia
- Responsible for developing, leading and executing sales capability development and corporate strategy for the salon professional organization which involves the front line sales employees, technical educators and internal teams.
- You will be accountable for in field coaching and facilitating training sessions on best practice sales techniques are applied to ensure sell in and sell out excellence across our brands.
- Develop sales strategies to build capability development of the Sales Teams.
- Build and executed capability plans to our Business Consultants to support country action plans.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build and deploy sales capability trainings around new launches & initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
- You must have proven experience in coaching and developing sales capability across teams ideally within the FMCG, Hair, Retail or Beauty industry.
- You must have previous sales experience with a proven ability to negotiate commercially. .
- Excellent communicator and proven stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Experience in sales capability training within the hair industry is highly desirable.
