As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you'll play a vital role in ensuring maximum revenue potential while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their investors.Role Overview:As a CRM, you'll be responsible for delivering premium services to Link's clients and their investors. This includes managing client expectations, negotiating service level agreements, account planning, cross-selling, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop relationships with fee-paying clients and internal departments, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Proactively meet with clients to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage projects and mailings, including overseeing each client's Annual General Meeting.
  • Ensure all registry tasks achieve desired outcomes for Link and its clients.
  • Ensure clients comply with regulatory requirements and contractual terms of business.
  • Develop long-term relationships based on knowledge, trust, and added value to drive stability and incremental income.
  • Achieve new business revenue targets and report progress in line with company standards.
  • Review and provide input into client complaints and query management reporting.
  • Ensure operational controls are carried out to mitigate business risk effectively.
  • Manage all issues and queries within agreed service levels in collaboration with internal departments.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Extensive relationship management experience in the services sector, preferably in financial markets industry (e.g., Share Registry, Capital Markets, or Brokerage).
  • Proven track record of building productive relationships and generating cross-selling and new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing clients across a diverse range of industries.
  • Confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when needed.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
