- Maintain and develop relationships with fee-paying clients and internal departments, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Proactively meet with clients to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage projects and mailings, including overseeing each client's Annual General Meeting.
- Ensure all registry tasks achieve desired outcomes for Link and its clients.
- Ensure clients comply with regulatory requirements and contractual terms of business.
- Develop long-term relationships based on knowledge, trust, and added value to drive stability and incremental income.
- Achieve new business revenue targets and report progress in line with company standards.
- Review and provide input into client complaints and query management reporting.
- Ensure operational controls are carried out to mitigate business risk effectively.
- Manage all issues and queries within agreed service levels in collaboration with internal departments.
- Extensive relationship management experience in the services sector, preferably in financial markets industry (e.g., Share Registry, Capital Markets, or Brokerage).
- Proven track record of building productive relationships and generating cross-selling and new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing clients across a diverse range of industries.
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when needed.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
