What this job involves:
As a Director in the Property and Asset Management department, you will be looking after a portfolio for a small client base, with a focus on new deployment or major refurbishment delivery
You’ll focus on adding value to our clients whilst enabling you to further develop your already proven Property Management career. You’ll be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports. Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio, as well as managing costs associated with these assets will be a critical part of the role, as well as implementation of the client’s asset management strategy.

This role is the perfect next step if you are currently working in a commercial property management role and looking to expand your role to engage with national institutional clients across a portfolio of high-quality commercial and industrial assets. Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and we’ll expect you also to have great time management & organizational skills.
You will need to thrive in a fast paced work environment. You’ll be used to working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an Agents Representative certificate is essential. You will also need your own car and drivers licence.
