Bunnings Frame and Truss is an Australian brand that has been operating for over 20 years, specialising in the supply of high-quality, pre-fabricated roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall frames. They service a wide range of clients, including volume builders, project builders, and small businesses. Their operations include a warehouse located in Unanderra. If you're an experienced labourer, builder or have hand and power tool experience and are looking for a long term position this could be the perfect role for you!What you'll doIn this role you will be assembling Timber Framing with the use of the latest tools to ensure that Frame & Trusses are manufactured to Australian standards. Whilst enjoying the stability of consistent hours working Monday to Friday allowing you to enjoy your weekend. You will carry out duties on the production line such as:- Manufacturing frames & trusses to Australian Standards
- Assembly of frame & truss
- Nailing and cutting timber to size
- Manual handling
- Operating hand tools and power toolsWhat you'll needWithin this position you will be entrusted to work within a team on a production line to safely construct timber framing. To be successful in this position you will need:
- Basic knowledge of timber and building, although full training will be provided
- Hand and power tool experience
- The ability to work in a team and on a production line
- Attention to detail
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
