You will continuously understand the client’s business requirements to drive the development and adaptation of the security strategy and transformation plan.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop security program according to security frameworkLead daily program execution, including scope, time, and delivery criteriaPrepare and present detailed, written technical information for internal and external audiencesNegotiate and coordinate with cross-functional organisationsCreate and maintain required project portfolio documentation and artifactsEnsure and balance the availability of required skills and competencies across project teams within the programAct as an advisor, and build and maintain relationships across the wider stakeholder communityMonitor and coordinate dependencies across projects in the program and resolve conflictsAssist with creating or modifying policies as needed based on effectiveness and customer risk postureAble to manage the large, complex IT projects and programs, managing multi-phase, multi-track, high-risk projects with up to 30 project team members concurrentlySupport the Cyber Security pursuits with solution review and project estimationsExperience Required:10+ years of general information and cyber security experience3+ years experience working in a similar or equivalent roleBachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant fieldProject management certificate (for example PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) preferredCyber Security Industry Certification such as CISM or CCSP or CISSPFundamental understanding of Risk Management frameworks including the NIST 800-37, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 set of publicationsStrong familiarity and experience level with Identity and Access Management/Least Privilege concepts and solutionsAdvanced level working knowledge of all information security concepts and best industry practicesMust be extremely well organised, forward thinking, and able to solve complex problems with little to no guidance from othersMust have excellent writing, process documentation and project management skillsExperience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve common goalStrong critical thinking skills with ability to challenge normal operationsProven track record of taking ownership and driving resultsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsRequires an understanding of current and emerging security technology and how they may be appliedYou must have the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.Your working environmentIn alignment with our commitment to fostering a flexible and dynamic work environment, we have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in-person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.Our culture and benefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
