In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.You will be a member of the Global Product Management team for the Modern Core Banking platform, working on Deposits and Lending features and functionalities.What you will be doing:Defining a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the product visionGathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirementsAct as a customer advocate by articulating their needs and business requirementsWorking closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business requirements and customer commitments.Demonstrate functional and technical product knowledge in various forumsAssist Product Owners, Engineering leadership, and Implementation teams with prioritizing and executing the feature backlog.Managing key vendor relationships, collaborating with senior management, and completing business scope documents.Providing support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized.What you will need:7-10 years’ experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projectsSound knowledge within core banking, in particular lending productsSolid experience in global banking and lendingGeneral business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.Understanding of Agile methodologyA bachelor’s in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.What we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
