About the role:We have a regular need for a variety of temporary assignments. These positions span across various departments, including administration, customer service, call centre and operation depots.You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a wide range of administrative duties such as providing high level support to the business, ensuring work is handled in an efficient and timely manner without the need for constant or direct supervision.What the role’s could involve:· Provide a high level of administrative, general support and information across the business and to external stakeholders as required.· Supporting the lead and Management team as required with the coordination, scheduling and diary management as requested.· Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the Head of Business Unit, this may include but not limited to; travel arrangements, invoicing, purchase orders and stationary.· Responsible for organising general maintenance, service contracts and consumables including coordinating calls out for repairs and servicing.· Maintenance and updates of information on the Corporation’s computer systems· Schedule own work such that critical activities for the team are completed.Key skills and experience:· Experience in support and administrative experience in a similar role· Forward thinking and versatile, with the ability to use your initiative.· Can juggle several tasks and priorities at the same time.· Ability to learn aspects of other team member roles in order to provide support and relief cover for absences and leave.· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry experience· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.· High knowledge of Microsoft suite of computing applicationsWe are seeking candidates who have the potential to meet the organisation's immediate and ongoing needs over the next 12 months.
