Great opportunity for a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to Manage a number of active, potential and inactive clients through telesales. Regular in-depth reporting and analysis to generate tasks for proactive selling, and any specific or targeted sprints.About UsTigerPak is an Australian family owned business and has experienced rapid growth to become one of the leading distributors of packaging & workplace supplies in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA & SA.We pride ourselves on being innovative, energetic and people focused, with a history of delivering customer service going the extra-mile every time.About the roleBased in Marsden Park, and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible to manage and grow a number of Internal Accounts which involves Outbound telesales calls including Potential, Active, Inactive, Quote follow-up & follow-up calls, Regular reporting & analysis on your clients, Generating, sending and following up proposals.The Role
  • Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
  • Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
  • Process quotations and sales orders
  • Lead generation & cold calling
  • Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
About YouTo succeed in this role you will have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar client relationship support and customer service role.
  • Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Experience in calendar and booking management.
  • Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel
  • Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
