- Drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal correspondence and documents
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Acting as a liaison between clients and legal professionals, handling phone and email communications
- Preparation of court filings, client reporting etc
- Inbox and file management
- Complex and extensive billing - Aderant
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a corporate legal environment
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
