We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of a retail fit-out in Canberra. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a live environment and can keep tight programmes on track.Your Role:

Run the site from start to finish – trades, safety, quality, and timelines
Coordinate subcontractors and keep works on programme
Ensure premium finishes and attention to detail every step of the way
Work closely with the PM & client to deliver a flawless handover

Experience required:

Proven experience supervising fit-out or refurbishment projects (retail preferred)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to drive timelines
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Carpentry background
White card and relevant tickets required
