- Assist with the safe movement and repositioning of patients, equipment, and beds within the hospital's technical suites.
- Support the transport of case carts, surgical instruments, and clinical supplies to and from designated areas, ensuring adherence to sterile protocols.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including linen management, waste removal, and spot cleaning of clinical spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient and medical equipment in compliance with infection control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, clinicians, and support teams to support integrated service delivery.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is desirable, though not essential.
- A Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or Health Support Services (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, show initiative, and remain calm under pressure in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy, respect, and confidentiality.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks and committed to following Zero Harm safety protocols.
