- Drive operational development of single or multi service solutions across key accounts
- Develop and maintain Account Development Plans involving key stakeholders
- Develop and design contract specific solutions.
- Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharing
- Manage staffing and competence development of employees.
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned OPF/Operational processes
- Ensure excellence in service delivery
- Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimization of profit.
- Report and analyse measurements according to contract and ISS demands and drive performance projects
- Analysing, querying and consolidation the monthly reported financial results.
- Ensure focus on continuous improvement and quality of delivery
- Identify key customer retention factors and over-manage performance and development to drive retention.
- Manage and provide leadership, guidance and support to Managers and their colleagues while being compliant to all relevant policies and processes in relation to people management
- Experience from large complex organizations and proven successful global programs deployment
- Min. 10+ years' experience with leading leaders
- FM industry or experience from a similarly complex industry
- Experience with working in a large organisation with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needs
- Several years' experience with customer relationship sales and/or consultancy sales
- Experience with budgeting as well as financial management and reporting - and performance management
- Experience with SLA management and KPI reporting
