- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of dining and event areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
- Monitor staffing levels and rosters to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct ongoing training to align with brand standards and foster professional growth.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure proper handling of customer accounts using POS systems.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Experience leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of rostering, scheduling, and F&B operations including inventory and ordering.
- Experience in espresso coffee making and bartending (highly regarded).
- Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate others.
- Valid RSA.
