We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to join our growing N2P project team, based in Cambridge, TAS. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate and lead a team of multi-disciplined trade-based personnel, supporting the safe and efficient delivery of project-based construction activities.This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in telecommunications, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors while working alongside a great team of people in a collaborative and inclusive environment.What you'll be doing - A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will:
- Plan and prepare site works - including walk-outs, scoping and scheduling to make sure construction activities are well-organised and run smoothly.
- Lead and support teams on-site - working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate and communicate - providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping clients and supervisors informed.
- Ensure safety, quality, and resources - overseeing HSE practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.

- A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role.
- Telecommunications (Telstra/NBN) knowledge (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret Telstra and NBN plans (advantageous).
- Civil construction background (e.g., directional drilling, ploughing, open trenching).
- Understanding residential and business cabling requirements.
- Willingness to travel across the state.
