We've partnered with a true market leader on their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their growing Finance team. You would be working for an ambitious business who are aiming to provide a world class experience to their customers, which will have a direct benefit on Sydney and Australia as a whole. One of Sydney's most important businesses, our client's work positively impacts individuals and global organisations every day.The role of Commercial Finance Analyst is an opportunity for someone with a strong management accounting & analytical background to become a true business partner, working across finance and the operational teams within the organisation to support key decisions. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, duties and responsibilities include, but aren't limited to;

Assisting in the preparation, development, and management of business cases.
Developing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing support on strategic projects.
Leading budgeting and forecasting duties, providing variance analysis where required and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders on project budgets vs actuals.
Ad-hoc management reporting duties
Providing financial information for, and giving high quality presentations to assist with the financial evaluation of capital projects.

You will be CA or CPA qualified and have 4+ years experience in a large and complex organisation with exposure to management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, can solve problems, and have strong attention to detail.
