As the Risk and Resilience Advisor, you will support CN in building disaster preparedness across our organisation and the wider community. This is a unique opportunity to shape policy, influence strategic planning and play a key role in community disaster engagement and emergency response initiatives.You will play a key role in developing and integrating an all-hazards approach to disaster risk reduction. You will work closely with internal teams to embed resilience into policies, procedures and service delivery whilst also engaging directly with the community to promote preparedness and recovery strategies.Your ability to manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from the local emergency management committee to community organisations and government agencies will ensure you are well placed for ongoing success in this rewarding role.
