- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with EY Oceania's goals and assess the impact of changes on EY Oceania and its employees.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
- Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
- Proven in-depth experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
- Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal certification in change management will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships with various stakeholders to understand change needs, develop appropriate change plans, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
