
Senior Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer

- Develop critical Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare System of Systems in direct support of the Royal Australian Navy.
- Gain hands-on experience from concept to delivery of a cutting-edge Maritime Electronic Warfare Command and Control System.

- Supporting Iteration (Sprint) execution. Track progress and facilitate team ceremonies (e.g. Scrum of Scrums) and drive the release train’s cadence to facilitate alignment, dependency management, Release on Demand and fast integrated learning cycles.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Software Application Architect.
- Facilitate and Lead Program Increment planning.
- Promote DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery to optimise flow, eliminating bottlenecks, delays, and waste.
- Foster built-in quality and support the architectural runway to produce a resilient solution.

- Communicate and present the functionality produced to the program and customer stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM is essential
- Minimum 8 years' systems and/or software development experience is essential
- Experience and desire to be a Release Train Engineer is essential
- Excellent written and oral communications skills essential
- Experience in using DevSecOps and supporting Continuous Delivery Pipelines is desirable
- Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools desirable
- Experience in Command and Control, Integrated Air and Missile Defence and/or Electronic Warfare domain desirable
- Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable
- Must Hold and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV -1 - eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
