We’re looking for an organised and proactiveWarehouse Administrator to join our team in a full-time, ongoing temp role. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, responsible for updating schedules, collecting run sheets, and allocating tradesmen and machinery across a variety of projects. In this busy position, you will work from our client site in Wetherill Park from Monday to Friday 7.30AM to 5.30PMWhat You’ll Do:
Adhoc Warehouse admin
Process driver run sheets
Allocate tradesmen and equipment to appropriate jobs
Communicate with internal teams and field staff to ensure seamless job coordination
Manage last-minute changes and problem-solve on the go
Work closely with supervisors and project managers to meet deadlines and resource needs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in scheduling, workforce allocation, or similar (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
