As the business continues to grow and adapt to the evolving coffee market, Sanremo is seeking a Territory Manager to lead multi-channel sales activities across Victoria and Tasmania.Job DescriptionBased at the Melbourne showroom in Richmond, the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and brand presence across VIC and TAS. Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining relationships across hospitality, commercial, corporate, and FMCG sectors
Growing market share and brand awareness through site visits, events, trade shows, and direct outreach
Creating proposals and quotations independently, while collaborating with internal teams (administration, technical, and marketing)
Developing a 2-4 year sales strategy and adapting it over time by staying informed on coffee trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities
Representing Sanremo at industry events such as trade shows, barista championships, and community gatherings
The Successful ApplicantSanremo is looking for a Territory Manager with strong channel knowledge and a proactive mindset. Key requirements include:
Proven experience and current track record in channel management within hospitality, commercial, and related sectors
A genuine passion for coffee (industry experience preferred but not essential)
A consultative sales approach with the ability to strategize, grow accounts, and secure new business
Commercially savvy, autonomous, and confident in managing workload and resolving issues independently
Based in Melbourne, with permanent work rights and a valid Victorian driver's license
