Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business requirements or user stories.
Design and optimize SOM processes to streamline order orchestration, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate should have expertise in

Various network domains
Telecom OSS
Network as a service layer
TMF compliant network APIs
Order orchestration
Event generation and consumption for E2E Order visibility
Integration with an external vendor for logistic delivery and management
Co-relation of network alarms

Skills and Competencies:

Telecom Domain
Business Analysis
Requirements & Process

Essential:

Telecom Service Order Manager
Proficiency in order management systems and tools.

Preferred:

Agile way of working
Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and practices.

Additional Skills:

Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
