What you'll be doing:Managing day-to-day office operations - from admin to supplies.Coordinating onboarding, training registers, and inductions.Overseeing fleet management (registrations, servicing, insurances, fines).Organising uniforms, safety gear, stationery, and equipment.Assisting with marketing - posting to social media, drafting newsletters, taking site photos, and updating the website.Supporting team culture and events to keep the workplace engaged.Providing general support to directors, accounts, and project teams.About you:Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple tasks.Strong communicator with a positive, "can-do" approach.Tech-savvy with social media and marketing tools.MYOB experience highly regarded.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.If you're ready for an office all-rounder role where your skills and initiative will shine every day, apply now.
