Our success is driven by a diverse and dynamic team that brings energy, creativity, and passion to everything we do.About the opportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated, business minded sales professional to service several Bunnings Warehouse stores within the Hobart area to develop and enhance our business and customer base across an already successful area. This is a Part Time 30 hour per week role with the flexibility of working 4 or 5 days a week. There will be overnight requirements to visit Melbourne each quarter, and the potential for store calls of the Northern Bunnings Warehouse stores in Tasmania.What You'll Be Doing
- Become the go-to product expert in Bunnings - we'll train you to launch new products with confidence
- Build strong, respectful relationships with store teams
- Spot opportunities to grow our trade and DIY customer base
- Ensure product displays are well presented, and inventory levels are consistently maintained
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn - retail or sales experience is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
- A proactive mindset with a good understanding of what drives business
- Comfortable using everyday tech like Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
