The opportunitySilver Chain Group have multiple vacancies commencing 13th May for suitably experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park, WA. As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.We are looking for Part Time Contact Centre Representatives who are willing to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am and 4pm or 8am and 6pm. Hourly Rate of $31.38 + penalties + super and salary packaging options.Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and supportive attitude
  • Creating peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries
  • Action any emergency calls efficiently whilst remaining calm
  • Adhere to key performance indicators
HoursPart-Time shifts available between 6am-4pm or 8am -6pm Monday to Friday. Minimum 20 hours per week.TrainingYou will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.At Silverchain we are proud to support hybrid flexible working options. Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role you will be part of our hybrid work model, attending Silverchain House 1- 2 days per week and working the remainder of your shifts at home.Start13th May 2024 (non- negotiable)*We cannot approve any time off during your compulsory full-time training weeks. If you have any leave booked during this period, we recommend you apply to our next intake.About you
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Possess excellent work ethic and behaviour
  • Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided)
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
