- Creating peace of mind for our clients by providing exceptional service when handling inbound call enquiries
- Action any emergency calls efficiently whilst remaining calm
- Adhere to key performance indicators
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Previous experience working in a contact centre desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Possess excellent work ethic and behaviour
- Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided)
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
