Head of Finance / Perth / Permanent / $180,000 - $200,000 / Flexible Working / Leadership OpportunityCore Talent are supporting a large resourcing & engineering company recruit an accomplished Head of Finance to lead finance operations within a fast-paced dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate reporting, robust compliance, and the ongoing development of a high-performing finance team.The Head of Finance's key duties will include:

Lead, develop and mentor the finance team
Oversee statutory reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
Lead the month-end process and ensure accuracy of P&L and balance sheets
Manage audits, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards
Partner with stakeholders to provide insights, forecasts, and cash flow management
Drive efficiency through automation, ERP implementation, and process optimisation

Key skills required:

Degree-qualified with CA/CPA (or equivalent)
At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a controller role
Experience with ERP implementations & process improvement
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
Strong knowledge of AASB, tax compliance, and audit management
