- Taking full responsibility of office operations, including procurement and organisation of supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of team events, off-site activities, and company functions, including arrangement of travel logistics.
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaising with vendors, building management, mail services, and other external partners on behalf of operations team members, to ensure seamless office operations.
- Processing payments and invoices, assisting with data entry and record-keeping, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Supporting office projects through research, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to a productive and efficient workplace.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or office management role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with project-driven environments.
- A proactive mindset, demonstrating the ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and external partners.
- A readiness to begin in a practical, foundational role with a strong commitment to grow and build a lasting career.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
