Horizon Power is seeking a dynamic Network Customer Relations & Projects Coordinator to lead customer engagement and project coordination across the Northwest Interconnected System (NWIS). You'll be the go-to contact for connection enquiries and applications, service delivery, and stakeholder management, driving clean energy solutions for vibrant regional communities.We welcome applications from candidates based in Karratha or Port Hedland.What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide 'one-stop shop' customer service for NWIS Network customers, including - connection applications, contract amendments/execution, enquiries, quotations for new and existing customers, capacity increases and invoicing.
  • Manage network application processing and process connection applications in accordance with Horizon Power Policies, procedures and the Pilbara Network Access Code (PNAC).
  • Design and implement a customer works tracking system to monitor status of works.
  • Coordinate and track customer-funded works and projects, ensuring timely updates, progress visibility, customer invoicing and correspondence for network recoverable works.
What You'll Bring
  • Significant customer service experience managing retailer and large enterprise customer portfolios, including managing customer correspondence, handling and preparing applications, contract amendments, enquiries, quotations and invoicing.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and managing customer interactions and maintaining high standards of communication, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project management related activities.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
