- Direct Experience in Strategic Growth: 3-5 years in role(s) specifically within strategic growth, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the fintech or insurtech space.
- High-Growth Startup Experience: Significant experience in a strategic or leadership capacity at a high-growth startup, with a proven record of scaling operations and driving business expansion.
- Strategic Role(s): Strong foundation in strategic or consulting roles from a reputable firm, demonstrating a history of tackling complex problems, developing strategic solutions, and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience in the insurance industry or a closely related field where you've managed large-scale projects, spearheaded innovation initiatives, or driven business transformation.
- Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Management: A track record in a generalist role that required analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and advanced stakeholder management skills, applicable to strategic growth and development.
