- Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of any delays or problems, or work with sales reps to do so
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints and resolve them promptly
- Communicate via telephone and email with reps, customers and suppliers
- Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
- Follow company policy and procedure regarding paperwork, customer files, uniforms, security, etc.
- Attend weekly team meetings and any ad hoc duties as required
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Provide high-level customer service and relationship building skills
- Handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiative
- Organise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Coordinate a quality hand over from sales and sales support and verify that the order documentation is complete and clarify the installation date with the customer or salesperson
- Communication - demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service - experienced in providing high-level service
- Relationship Building - ability to work well with other team members, customers and vendors
- Problem Solving - handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiative
- Clerical - touch typing, filing, data entry, excel, e-mail, fax
- Organisational - organise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail
