  • Possession of a relevant building maintenance related trade qualification with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and a high level of competency in that trade
  • Demonstrated competence in the supervision, skills and principles required for the efficient and cost effective delivery of legislative, planned and unplanned maintenance services in a range of health facility settings
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of multi-skilling principles with sound analytical skills in fault-finding and problem solving
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Competent computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets)
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required
