Coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Melbourne National Distribution Centre (Mulgrave) and Derrimut XDock Facility.
Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance
Monitor Facilities & Maintenance contractor works and activities, to ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards, so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators
Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures

What you'll bring

Experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services in an industrial environment
Basic knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
Cert IV in Trade or Engineering or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience managing contractors
Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
