Senior Bookkeeper / Senior Accounts Officer

- Accounts Payable - process, pay, reconciliation of supplier statements
- Prepare ad hoc invoices and process credit invoices
- Employee expenses
- Reconciliation of month end accounts
- Accounts Receivable - banking, allocations, collections (phone and email)
- Preparation of sales reports, month end reports, P&L and cashflow reports
- Manage stocktake
- Processing payroll - 40 employees
- Prepare Payroll tax and PAYG
- Prepare BAS quarterly
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Assist with compliance auditing
- Review financial information
- You will thrive in this role if you can adapt to daily tasks, where no two are the same. Fast paced and thinking on your feet is essential.
- Strong communication skills and solid experience in all round accounts
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong technical knowledge and experience using large ERP systems
